Store PoliciesQ: What do the CD's you sell look like? A: All the various CD's we sell are different. It depends on what we get from the artist/labels. CDs from distributors are factory manufactured and shrinkwrapped. Some are artist CDs that are manufactured in-house, like Solomon Childs, Buddha Monk, etc. If its a title we press ourselves, it is as follows:
Q: Do you ship overseas? If so, how much is shipping? A: Yes. For International Orders, we now ship via United States Postal Service, with the choices being First-Class Mail® International and Express Mail® International. With Express Mail® International, we offer full insurance and trackability, but the price is more expensive. Shipping time takes five days from ship date. If you choose First-Class Mail® International, there is no insurance, no trackability, varying shipping transit time, and we can only warrant that we have shipped your package, nothing more. We do NOT guarantee packages shipped using this method!
Q: How much is domestic shipping? A: For the U.S.A., we ship with USPS Priority Mail®, which takes three days shipping transit time. The cost is about $4.60 within most of the US, (and small additions by weight afterward.)
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: In the store, we accept all major credit cards, and paypal as well. Our 100% secure gateway is handled by Cardservices International/Linkpoint.

Q: What are your return policies? A: We will replace any defective CDs, but we must insist you send the defective item back to us at Chambermusik, 750 Maple Place, West Hempstead, NY 11552. All sales are final. We also ask that if the item is a new release, you do not resell it used until after a period of at least 6 months from the release date.
Q: I haven't gotten my order yet, which I made a month ago or less, what do I do? A: E-mail orders@chambermusik.com with your full name as used in the order, your order # and date with your question, and you will get a response usually within a few hours. We track all International orders if shipped using Express Mail® International. If you used First-Class Mail® International, we cannot track your package.
Q: I haven't gotten my order yet, which I made more than a month ago, obviously it's lost in the mail, so what do I do? A: We will not replace anything ordered over 30 days ago. We hold the buyer responsible for reporting missing shipments within 30 days of the original purchase date.
