Lotus Notes is a snapshot from 1997-1999. It basically captures the trials and inspirations of that time period from baby momma drama to the love of hiphop and the lyrical energies that permeated through the air during that period. Lotus Notes finds Dragonfly, Bolo Gah and LongAxe picking up right where Tha Beggas left off. Lotus Notes should satisfy our true fans who unfortunately were not able to hear what went on while Black Lotus was on the grind back in the days. Thanks to the internet and an undying demand to know what Black Lotus is about we give you Lotus Notes, a collaboration of unreleased and uncompromising material.

Explicit Version. Ol' Dirty Bastard's Brooklyn Zu album Chapter 9 Verse 32. This is a group composed of Ol' Dirty Bastard and his close associates 12 O'Clock, Shorty Shitstain, Murdock, Zu Keeper and Buddha Monk. First heard on Ol' Dirty Bastard's "Return to the 36 Chambers". The group has made a number of Wu album appearances since, and they have recorded a number of tracks which later appeared on Popa Wu's "Visions of the 10th Chamber". They were once collectively tied with the "old" United Kingdom group. 12 O'Clock is ODB's younger brother. Dirty's cousin is Zu Keeper.
From 1993 until his tragic death in 2004, the late great rapper Ol' Dirty Bastard led what was one-third of the now legendary Wu-Tang Clan dynasty of affiliated artists. Behind the scenes was producer/artist/engineer Buddha Monk, Ol' Dirty's right-hand man, organizing sessions, producing tracks, and getting Dirty from place to place, holding it all together. Fans never got to hear much from the mysterious Brooklyn Zu Family. Buddha Monk has finally agreed to open his vault and unleash the fury of these never-before heard songs that harken back to the crew's most classic period. Featured on this album are none other than Ol' Dirty Bastard himself; Brooklyn Zu ft. 12 O'Clock, Murdoc, Shorty Shitstain; Lil Vicious; Da Manchuz; Shyheim; Prodigal Sunn; Shacronz; Lazah Life; & Zu Ninjaz. Producers include Buddha Monk, Mozart, & Lord Finesse.
Originally known as Buddy Love and the Hump Squad, this album is a retrospective of a young artist from the Bklyn Zu family, who is now a bit older and about to release some blazini Hip-Hop on par with other Generation W groups such as Harlem 6 and Division - Cuffie Crime Family, but here we get a preview of his talents, as they were developing back in 2001, as well as the rest of the Hump Squad. Included on this album, however are such Wu-Fam as Buddha Monk, Suga Bang Bang, Popa Chief, and even O.D.B. himself. As a Bonus track, we have included something brand new, the official Bklyn Zu Fam remix of Buddha Monk's famous Gots Like Come on Thru 2005, featuring Buddha Monk, O.D.B., Budd, and Pooh.
