A former close associate of U-God and a former Shaolin Soldiers member, Leathafase has acquired a strong reputation over the years. Born in Puerto Rico, but raised in the Park Hill Projects of Staten Island, Fase has been featured on U-God's Golden Arms Redemption and Mr. Xcitement, as well as Wu-Chronicles chapter II and the Shaolin Style video game soundtrack. With the release of his first mix-CD, he's now ready to establish himself as a solo artist and also lead his own movement and group The Hillside Scramblers. Hosted by DJ J-Ronin, Dog Will Hunt boasts 18 new tracks over which Leathafase unleases his lyrical fury.
